Readymade Training Plans

WHO IT’S FOR
Runners, triathletes, ultrarunners, and obstacle course racers of all experience and ability levels who want an affordable way to benefit from the scientifically proven “80/20” method of endurance training.

HOW IT WORKS
Go to 80/20 Endurance and shop for the perfect plan for you. We also offer bundles and subscriptions that combine a plan or full access to our entire plan library with a TrainingPeaks premium membership.

WHAT IT COSTS
Individual plans start at just $19.95.

Custom Training Plans

WHO IT’S FOR
Athletes who want a training plan that is designed from scratch to meet their individual needs and preferences.

HOW IT WORKS
Contact me here to let me know you’re interested in a custom training plan. I’ll then send you a questionnaire to fill out and return. Then I will build your plan and share it with you on TrainingPeaks.

Note that this service does not include ongoing monitoring of your training or plan adjustments, but you are welcome to contact me with any plan-specific questions that arise.

WHAT IT COSTS
$15 per week of prescribed training for runners, $20 per week for triathletes. The full amount is payable at the time the plan is delivered. So, for example, a 12-week run plan would cost $180.

One-on-One Coaching

WHO IT’S FOR
Athletes who want full-service remote coaching from one of the world’s best-known and most respected endurance coaches.

HOW IT WORKS
Contact me here to let me know you’re interested in one-on-one coaching. I will then send you a questionnaire to fill out and return and will also set up an initial face-to-face Skype/ FaceTime/WhatsApp consultation.

Once we start, I will prescribe workouts in one-to two-week blocks on TrainingPeaks, constantly adjusting your workouts based on your progress, aches and pains, life encroachments, and other factors. I will monitor your training daily and check in with you face-to-face once a week, and you’ll have unlimited access to me via text and email.

WHAT IT COSTS
$400 per month for runners, $500 for triathletes. There is no long-term commitment.
